How much is delivery?

Brownies and cakes are £3.99 weekday and £4.99 weekends – Gift hampers are £4.75 weekday and £5.75 weekends

What days do you deliver?

We deliver 5 days a week: Tuesday - Saturday. All of our deliveries use a tracked service from DPD. You will receive an email and SMS notification on the morning of delivery with a 1-hour delivery window.

How will my brownies, cakes or gift hampers be delivered?

Our courier DPD will collect your order, you’ll receive an email and a text message containing tracking details. DPD offers several ‘in-flight’ delivery options including the ability for you to change your delivery date or add instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place. You will receive an email and SMS notification on the morning of delivery with a 1-hour delivery window.

How long does it take for parcels to be delivered?

UK Mainland is a tracked next day service.

What happens if no one is there to receive the parcel?

Our couriers cannot leave parcels without prior instruction, so a card will be left asking the recipient to contact their local depot. DPD offer several ‘in-flight’ delivery options including the ability for you to change your delivery date or add instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place.

Do you deliver overseas?

Currently we do not deliver abroad.

Where do you deliver to?

We use DPD with delivery to all of the UK mainland and the Isle of Man.

How long will my brownies and cakes stay fresh for?

Our brownies and cakes are best when eaten within 7 days of arrival. Please keep them in an airtight container at room temperature and away from direct sunlight

Can I freeze your brownies and cakes?

Yes, all our products are suitable for home freezing.

Is vegan or gluten-free an option?

Absolutely! We’re proud of both our Vegan and Gluten-free ranges and our talented bakers are always creating new and exciting flavours.

Where are you based?

All our brownies, bakes and cakes start their journey from our Artisan Bakery based in Hadlow, Kent.

What are Charming Bakery’s COVID safety procedures?

We have adapted our business at Charming Bakery. We have put in measures to keep our bakers and production staff safe, including social distancing, sanitisation stations and masks.

Can I add a message and a card?

You most certainly can. We know that when you’re sending a thoughtful gift, it’s important to send a card too, which is why we’ve handpicked a range of cards from a local supplier for you to choose from and be able to add your own message. Simply opt to add a card during the checkout process, it’s FREE and there are different designs to choose from.
