Lemon & Blueberry Cake & Tin
A delicate sponge cake made with whole fresh lemons and blueberries. While still warm from the oven, this cake is drizzled with fresh lemon juice. When cooled it is decorated with lemon glace icing, then sprinkled with lemon zest and cornflower petals. The result being this sensationally flavoured cake.
