We use DPD for all of our deliveries. When your order leaves us you’ll receive an email and, if you’ve provided us with a mobile number, a text message from DPD with your tracking information.
DPD offer several “in-flight” delivery options including the ability for you to change you delivery date or add instructions for them to leave the box in a safe place (such as posting it through your letterbox).
On the morning of delivery you will receive a further notification with your 1-hour delivery window – perfect if you need to pop out but don’t want to miss the delivery.
